For organizations where employees cannot work from home or who are planning to reopen the office building, the safety and health of employees at the office is the first priority. Soon, employees will be allowed to return in an appropriate manner. It will not be the same as prior to the corona outbreak. To prevent a COVID-19 relapse, social distancing is probably a measure we will have to live with for quite some time.
With iotspot it is possible to control the number of employees working from the office by digitally organizing the capacity and layout of workplaces. A maximum number of workplaces is made available in an App. When entering the office, employees have to prove that they have booked a desk in the App. This prevents too many people from being present at the same time for everyone’s safety. Of course, it is the responsibility of the employees to sit at the desk they have booked and keep the social distance in the daily routine.
